Maison Peters is a boutique, woman-owned firm in Chicago where marketing strategy meets meaningful storytelling.
We exist to cultivate and connect what is possible by helping organizations build marketing that drives growth and creating content that inspires curiosity and intentional living. We operate two divisions:
Marketing Consulting - for senior-level marketing decision-makers who need strategic, integrated marketing expertise
Media Studio - a lifestyle media company building brands, content, and products for people ready to discover what's possible.

Media Studio
Our lifestyle Media Studio is our creative publishing house where we build media brands, tell stories, and create products that inspire curiosity, connection, and intentional living.
We're developing a portfolio of consumer-facing media brands, each designed to serve different communities and spark different kinds of discovery. We publish lifestyle products, including our Signature Notebook Collection and Life Journey Planners, with plans to expand into branded merchandise, photography collections, books, and alternative media.
Beyond our own projects, we're creating space to amplify the untold stories and voices of creators we believe in who deserve recognition. The Media Studio is where we explore podcasts, video series, digital publications, and whatever creative formats serve the stories we want to share.
The Media Studio is our creative outlet, our storytelling laboratory, and our way to connect directly with people ready to uncover what's possible in how they live, create, and connect.

The story of why and how Maison Peters was founded
Our Story | Notre Histoire
Maison Peters was founded in 2024 to solve a problem: too many connections are missed, too many opportunities go unrealized, and too many possibilities go unexplored.
We saw marketing teams working hard but unable to connect their efforts to meaningful results. We saw stories that deserved to be told but weren't being heard. We saw people searching for tools and content to help them navigate life and careers, but finding inadequate resources or resources that didn't resonate with them. We saw people missing the throughline that connects ideas.
We built Maison Peters to bridge those gaps. We're dedicated to cultivating and connecting what is possible through Marketing Consulting, which helps organizations elevate their marketing strategy, analytics, and execution, and through a Media Studio that creates content that inspires intentional living.
If you're wondering how we came up with our name, Maison Peters, it's built on legacy. Our LLC, Peters Enterprises, LLC, honors the memory of Mollye Peters' late father. One day after he passed away, Mollye was cleaning his office and found stationery bearing the business name Peters Enterprises, a company he had started before she was born. Mollye kept that stationary and knew she wanted to use it when she started a business. When it came time to build a brand, Mollye decided she wanted a brand name that better captured our spirit. Maison Peters pays homage to Mollye's French background, travel experience, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Meet Our Founder
Mollye is a strategic marketing leader with 13+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing strategy and execution, with a passion for cultivating connection, continued learning, and growth.
Before founding Maison Peters, Mollye worked as a freelance marketing strategist for companies of all sizes and nonprofit organizations, combining data & insights with strong creative & branding to drive marketing initiatives. Her focus has been on delivering goal-oriented marketing solutions by bridging the gap between strategy and execution.
Mollye has delivered high-impact marketing strategies for Fortune 100 companies, including Aon, Nationwide Insurance, and Food Lion, mid-sized businesses like Cedar Electronics, and leading nonprofits and associations such as the National Association of REALTORS®, World Bicycle Relief, and The Cradle. She's known for diagnosing challenges, turning around underperforming initiatives, and delivering results when organizations need strategic support.
Freelancing across these organizations allowed Mollye to gain insights across many industries and learn all aspects of marketing, providing her with a diverse and unique background. She specializes in developing integrated marketing strategies and diagnosing issues in marketing operations to help organizations achieve their business goals.
In addition to her marketing career, Mollye spent several years as a primary caregiver to her late dad and grandma. She also helps take care of her sister, who has cognitive disabilities. Between caregiving and freelancing, Mollye loves to travel and has gone on two solo, month-long backpacking trips through Europe. A lifelong learner, she continues to study and practice French and learn new languages (currently Italian). She also loves to sing, cook, entertain, and rescue animals (mostly cats) in her free time. These experiences, from caregiving to travel to creating space for the strays who need it, gave Mollye insight into the caregiving and home health industries, made her a passionate advocate for disability rights, sparked her love for storytelling and connection, and inspired her to start Maison Peters.
Mollye holds a Master's of Sports Administration - Sports Marketing and PR from Northwestern University and Bachelor's degrees in French, International Business, and Marketing from Butler University. She also studied French at the Université Jean-Monnet de Saint-Etienne in St. Etienne, France, as part of the ISEP study abroad program.
